HDA-100 manual electrostatic spray gun for wheel coating
The ordinary air pressure to spray,spray gun as a tool, when
the pressure of the compressed air ejected from the nozzle ring in front of
nozzle to form negative pressure coating under the action of air pressure, is
drawn through the center hole, paint and compressed air after the meet,
dispersed into tiny particles in the coating, is decorated the film formed on
the surface.
The basic function of the spray gun is to use compressed air to
paint the droplets into the droplets, and blow it to the coating. That is to
say, the paint is depending on the air dispersion and atomization and
atomization is the key to the construction, cap, nozzle and needle.
At present, the spray nozzle and gun pin on the market are made
of fine wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant V4A steel, which is formed by
precision mechanical processing. The nozzle inside is a conical coating
channel, which is consistent with the front point of the gun needle, and can
form a coating valve.
The main function of electrostatic spray gun nozzle is reflected in the
following three aspects: to provide seat for needle valve (tip of gun needle),
to limit or cut off the path of paint; to control paint flow; to spray paint to
the atomization flow.
The air atomizing spray gun mostly adopts the external mixing
atomization method. The air nozzle provides the main atomization method. The
paint is located between the nozzle and the hood space (i.e. the center hole to
complete the main atomization), air column and paint from the space flow with
each other the first stage atomization generating coating.
In this stage, it is very important to choose the appropriate
caliber nozzle, and the nozzle caliber is usually determined by the viscosity
of the coating, the performance of the spray coating, the required coating
thickness and the size of the spray area to be determined.
The air assisted atomization hole and nozzle angle is the same,
and in the end cap, these have two functions: one is to make the spray pattern
does not expand too fast, and clean the nozzle end cap, such as the pore
blockage or does not exist, or will cause the vortex flow; second, especially
for high speed coating the second stage atomization ,which produces coatings;
hood fan control hole gas flow into a graph, without the fan control hole air
jet atomization, the airflow will be circular rather than oval.
