The HDA1020 is our classic and reliable liquid electrostatic spray gun, widely used for coating hardware, furniture, steel, profiles and various small & medium workpieces, and it has won trust from many customers at home and abroad. The newly upgraded HDA2000 is optimized based on the proven spraying performance of HDA1020. We upgraded it according to real feedback from spray operators, workshop pain points and standard management requirements of overseas buyers. The core atomization, electrostatic adsorption and transfer efficiency remain the same. However, the HDA2000 brings major improvements on marking, handle ergonomics, hook structure, paint and air pressure adjustment layout, with better long-time operation experience, higher durability and easier parameter setting.

The old HDA1020 has no nameplate on the gun body. When multiple gun models are used together in the workshop, shipped in bulk or managed on site, it is easy to mix up different models. This brings trouble for after-sales records and spare parts matching. The new HDA2000 is equipped with a clear model nameplate. It is easy to identify, convenient for factory inventory management, on-site classification, customer inspection and after-sales traceability, and presents a more standardized brand image.

The handle is a key upgrade. The handle of old HDA1020 is relatively flat with simple shape. It fits the palm poorly. After long-time continuous spraying, pressure concentrates on hands and causes fatigue, which affects holding stability during mass production or long-time sampling work. The new HDA2000 adopts redesigned ergonomic handle with three-dimensional anti-slip contours. It fits the natural curve of your palm perfectly, offering fuller and firmer grip. It distributes pressure evenly, so operators feel less tired when holding the gun for hours. The gun also has premium texture, bringing stable control for both new operators and experienced painters.
Great changes have been made to the hook structure. The old HDA1020 uses a separate metal hook assembled on the handle cavity. With frequent hanging, picking and bumping in the workshop, the fixing screws will turn loose over time. The hook may shake, tilt or even fall off, requiring regular tightening and maintenance. On the new HDA2000, the hook is integrated with the handle cavity as one part of the gun body. There are no separate assembled parts. The integrated structure is much stronger and shock-resistant. It will not get loose or fall off under normal workshop use, cutting down maintenance work. The overall appearance is also cleaner and smoother.
There is an obvious difference in adjustment layout. The new HDA2000 adopts separated adjustment knobs: the knob on the back controls paint pressure to adjust paint output and coating thickness; the side knob controls air pressure to adjust atomization quality and spray width. The two functions are clearly divided, so operators will not confuse the settings easily. The old version does not have such separated layout. New users may adjust the wrong knob, resulting in poor atomization, sagging or unstable coating. With separated adjustment on HDA2000, painters can quickly tune paint flow and air pressure separately according to workpiece material and coating requirements. It helps reduce paint waste and defective rate, improving efficiency for sampling and mass production.

To sum up, HDA2000 is not a complete redesign. It is a practical upgrade based on the stable performance of HDA1020, focusing on operator comfort, gun durability, site management and convenient parameter adjustment. It is suitable for customers with higher requirements on operation experience, equipment reliability and standardization. It is an ideal upgraded replacement of HDA1020 for domestic coating factories and export orders.
