Scope of use of this machine
The target product of this user manual is the 1020W/1020M air electrostatic spray gun.
This machine is a manual spray gun installed on a spraying line with exhaust equipment, which atomizes and sprays paint with air. Please use this machine in a spray booth or with equivalent ventilation conditions as required by relevant regulations and laws.
If you have any questions about the purpose and materials of use of this machine, please consult our company.
In situations other than those mentioned above, except for those acknowledged by our company, it is considered inappropriate use and may become a cause of accidents. Please pay full attention.
Precautions for use
1. The sprayed workpiece must be properly grounded. Do not use non electric hooks. Regular cleaning is necessary to maintain conductivity.
2. All conductive materials and solvent tanks inside the spray booth must be grounded. The entire ground requires an anti-static structure with a resistance of less than 1M Ω.
3. The floor of the spray booth includes a short area enclosed by a width of 1.5 meters on both sides and 2.5 meters in front of the opening. The entire floor of this area requires a conductive structure of less than 1M Ω and should be kept clean.
4. Operators should work empty handed or wear conductive gloves.
5. Wear anti-static shoes (according to JIS T8103 regulations).
6. It is important to maintain ventilation during homework.
When cleaning and spraying, be sure to reduce the paint pressure and air pressure to zero and turn off the control panel power before proceeding.
8. Do not use metal brushes to clean the nozzle.
9. Spray guns, hoses, etc. should not be soaked in solvents.
10. Hoses should not be dragged on the ground, but should be hung up.
11. The exhaust system (pipes, fans) inside the spray booth should be kept clean regularly and cleaned regularly. The front end of the nozzle should be at least 150mm away from the workpiece. 13. In case of emergencies, it is necessary to keep fire extinguishers on hand.
14. This machine is only for use by people who have received safety operation training.

4. Speciality

1. Operational performance is good
The spray adjustment valve is set on the left side to make the adjustment easy. The lightweight nature of the spray gun and the pull of the trigger are very light, and there is no fatigue even when used for a long time.
2. High spray efficiency
Traditional electrostatic nozzle need not be said that the use of small and lightweight round nozzles and flat nozzles makes the cladding more advantageous, so it can improve the paint painting rate and large coefficient.

3. Simple to use and easy to maintain
Maintenance parts are integrated, making parts replacement simple and easy; Various adjustment adjusters turn the regulator, and can easily adjust the amount of coating exhalation and the amount sprayed, which is convenient and quick.

4. Long life span
The firing pin of the painted seat uses superhard alloy, the gasket uses a spring automatic seal and a U-shaped seal, so it is durable.

5. Used for high quality spraying
For painted parts with complex shapes and lots of space, round nozzles with the highest paint surfacing rate of the air vaporization method are used. Or use a wide-angle multi-stage spray nozzle on a flat-shaped painted workpiece with less space, and even metal surface paint spraying can achieve good coating effect.
6. A wide range of coating options
General coatings naturally need not be said to be suitable for almost all conductive coatings such as metallic or waterborne coatings.
7. High safety
On the controller (114), in addition to overcurrent protection, there are also devices such as electronic switching for high-speed voltage separation and buzzer alarm, which are fully considered for the operator's safety. Because the high-voltage static generator is located inside the gun, the range of high-voltage electrostatic is small, and the safety is greatly improved.

Be careful
Please do not use paint heaters and supply paint at temperatures below 40 ° C, otherwise there is a risk that the paint hose will soften and fall off.

Air source connection

Please connect the air source to the air conditioning of the high voltage electrical appliance.

Please really connect the ground line to the controller.

Notice

The controller grounding wire should use more than 3.5mm2 wires, and grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms.

CableConnection

Please clean the metal head with the power cord of the rag and connect the connector to the controller OUTPUT.

Please fasten the cable mounted on the spray gun with your hand

Air hoseconnection

Please connect one end of the air hose to the rear part of the gun (next to cable) and the other end to controller (output).

Paint hoseconnection

One end of the paint hose connector is connected to the front part of the handle end, (the front of cable) and the other end is connected to pump.

6. Cautions in the handling and use of joint cable bundles
Be careful
(1) In order to prevent the strength and life of the connection cable from declining, please comply with the binding handling of the connection cables below. 1 The connecting cable bundle must be about 70cm away from the end of the handle.
2 The air pipe, paint pipe, and cable should be kept comfortably bound so as to avoid strong bending and tensile resistance when being pushed up, down, or left.
3 For the bundle after leaving 70cm from the end of the gun handle, please use resin tape and plastic tape to bind, each tape needs 5cm interval, and bind loosely. Please pay special attention not to wrap plastic strips or wide spiral hose layer by layer. The layered entanglement will become a rod-shaped part, which is blocked during the process, causing faults and damage to the connected cable and tubes.

Connecting Cables
When swinging the spray gun up and down, left and right, do not expose the cable to strong bends and strains. For air pipes and paint pipes, please keep the cables comfortably bound.

(2) Please pay attention to the operation and proper binding of the joint cable so as to avoid excessive hard bending and pulling of the connecting cable, air pipe, and paint pipe during spraying. There will be a drop in intensity and the possibility of a break.
(3) Be very careful that you do not touch the connecting cable. Especially when moving on a metal saw, there is a possibility of breaking a line.
(4) In order to strengthen and prevent dirtiness, do not wrap the plastic strips layer by layer around the connector cable itself. On the contrary, the cable strength decreased and there was a possibility of a wire failure.
(5) Do not immerse the connection cable in solvents or paint for a long time. If it is immersed for a long time, the life and strength of the cable will be reduced considerably. 6) After cleaning the cable, wipe off the surface with solvent, or blow the air dry.
7) Do not use metal for binding straps. If static electricity remains in parts of the metal, some operators feel a tingling feeling.

8. Acknowledgements before operation

1. The inspection of high voltage generators:
(1) Unscrew the air valve and set the air conditioner to 3 ~ 4kgfcm. Make air available to the sprinkler. At this time, check the hose connection
Is there any leakage in the connector? (2) Holding the handle of the spray gun, the source switch of the controller reaches 0N, the green light is lit, and the front end of the spray gun is also provided with high voltage static electricity.
(3) Pull the trigger of the spray gun, so that the air is ejected from the nozzle, the pneumatic switch installed in the controller, the high-voltage static electricity occurs, and the high-voltage P display lamp (red) is lit. When the red light is lit, high voltage static electricity occurs at the front end of the spray gun (when the switch on the gun handle is OFF).
Note that when the inspection is completed, the power source switch of the control box must reach OFF.

The harmony of paints
The device, except for some coatings, most synthetic resin coatings can obtain electrostatic effect, so there is no need for special reconciliation. However, in order to obtain a higher electrostatic effect, the solvent should be adjusted depending on the situation.
Coatings with extremely low dielectric resistance cannot achieve the expected electrostatic effect. Use a paint resistor meter to confirm the paint resistor value. When the coating resistance is adjusted to 15-70 MΩ - CM, good results can be obtained in most cases.

Pay attention to the static effect of good or bad discrimination method is to put Φ 20-30mm steel pipe grounding, by the front spray
Coating makes it possible to form a coating on the back of the steel pipe, which means that the electrostatic effect is good.

Note that conductive coatings with very low resistance values, such as metal-shaped coatings, cannot be expected to have electrostatic effect.
Fruit, so be careful. Moreover, when the coating is transmitted at high voltage, the high voltage of the control box blocks the circuit, causing action, and the alarm buzzer sounds and the high-voltage electricity is blocked. The alarm buzzer will be restored if the power source switch of the control box is turned off.

Note When using paints and solvents with a fuel point greater than 5 ° C above room temperature, be sure to start the gas exchanger.
