1. The current conveyor chain status will be displayed on the left side of the top of this page. It should be noted that in the automatic state, the front end of the spray gun will not spray paint when the conveyor chain stops.

2. The current product detection status will be displayed on the right side of the top of the page. "OFF" means there is no product in the current detection position, and "ON" means there is a product in the current detection position.

3. The left part is mainly used to control the operation of the spray gun during manual operation. During automatic operation, the operation of each function of the spray gun can be monitored. The "plus" and "minus" buttons under the paint volume are used to finely adjust the paint volume of the spray gun. , the oil amount input box can be adjusted arbitrarily.

4 .The middle part is used to operate the reciprocating machine and adjust the operating parameters. The upper and lower limits respectively correspond to the upper and lower reverse points of the reciprocating motion of the reciprocating machine. The unit is millimeters. The speed refers to the reciprocating operating speed, and the unit is millimeters per second.

1. In automatic mode, you can choose whether to use each spray gun independently.

2. In the compensation parameters, the advance amount and the retardation amount are both set to positive numbers to increase the spraying amount, and set to negative numbers to decrease the spraying amount.

3. "Atomization advance amount" means that in automatic mode, the rotary bell will rotate in advance before the product reaches the spraying position; "Atomization delay amount" means that in automatic mode, the rotary bell will rotate in advance when the product has passed the spraying position. Delay rotation.

4. In the automatic state, the rotation of the rotary cup is synchronous with the operation of the reciprocating machine and electrostatic.

5. The cleaning setting screen is used to clean the spray gun after finishing the spraying operation.

cleaning operations:


2.4.1 The cleaning position refers to the position where the reciprocator is set during cleaning operations. It is generally set below the reciprocator to prevent the cleaning paint mist from hitting the product.

2.4.2 The amount of cleaning paint refers to the speed at which the gear pump returns paint and pumps out solvent during cleaning operations. The two guns can be adjusted independently.

2.4.3 paint hose cleaning refers to the initial stage of the cleaning operation. The gear pump works alone and the spray gun does not produce paint. The gear pump pours the unused paint back into the paint bucket, and at the same time pumps solvent up to clean the paint hose. The cleaning time is from the gear pump during this process. The time it takes from starting work to when the solvent is spit out from the paint return to the paint hose, the operator can extend this time for good cleaning effect.

2.4.4 Spray gun cleaning means that after completing the previous step, the spray gun will automatically open to drive out unused paint and solvent. The operation can also be freely adjusted for this time.

2.4.5 Cleaning operations cannot be performed during automatic operation, and do not trigger the electrostatic manual switch of the electrostatic operator on the electrical cabinet door during the cleaning process.

2.5 The fault query screen is used to check the fault content when a system fault occurs.

1 .The reset button can only reset low-level faults. Low-level faults include air source pressure fault, reciprocator limit fault and electrostatic fault.

2 .High-level faults require powering off and restarting the system. High-level faults include reciprocating machine servo faults and gear pump frequency conversion faults.

3. The IO monitoring screen is used to assist in displaying the input and output status of the system. When a problem occurs with the device, it can help determine whether it is an internal software problem or an external hardware problem.
