Often there are some customers who have not used the static spray gun consulting, they generally care about whether someone will come to install and debug, because they have not used, think that this is very complex. Now let me talk about how to debug the liquid electrostatic spray gun.

viscosity of the paint is usually 9-30 seconds, but not limited to a certain extent. Then, the paint supply device should be activated and the paint is sent to the spray gun. Use air regulator to adjust low pressure (1-3 kgf), pump rotation, paint inhalation. The pressure of the pump is adjusted to about 0.5-2 kgf/cm by the pressure regulating valve installed at the paint entrance and exit of the pump.

Then adjust the pressure of atomized air to 0 kgf/cm_without ejecting air, pull the trigger, and eject paint from the spray gun. If there is residual air in the paint hose, the paint will be intermittent when ejecting, so it will be sprayed until no air. The amount of paint ejection adjusts the paint regulator behind the spray gun, which rotates to the left to increase and to the right to stop the ejection. During rest, the paint regulator is tightened to the left so that it can not eject or reduce the pressure of the paint delivery. The spray air pressure is adjusted to 2-4 kgf/cm by pulling the trigger to atomize the paint. The spray air pressure is adjusted by using the appropriate nozzle.

When using a flat nozzle, the atomized air control valve on the upper part of the nozzle body is usually used in the left-turn and on-off states, and is adjusted according to the shape of the injection amplitude or the particulate state. The adjustment of spray amplitude is carried out by the spray amplitude control valve on the left side of the spray gun. The left rotation is larger than the right rotation.

When using circular nozzle, it is not necessary to use the atomized air regulating valve on the spray gun, only the spray amplitude regulating valve on the left side of the spray gun is used. Usually, the spray amplitude is rotated to the left to use in full open state, and adjusted according to the shape or particle state of the spray amplitude.
