Notices to Be Knowed When Using Electrostatic Spray Gun

Electrostatic spraying is apply of "electrostatic adsorption embracing".spraying method. It is different from ordinary spraying gun. and in the process of spraying, the coatings particles with electrostatic charge are brought on. Under the action of electrostatic field force, the charged coatings particles will be more proportionally applied to the grounded workpieces, thus reducing the waste and lifting of coatings. The purpose of high production efficiency.

So what should we pay attention to in the process of using electrostatic spray gun? Please see the following points.

1. When the spray gun needs to be cleaned after use, the power supply must be turned off first.

2. Then close the ball valve on the side of the voltage regulator of the electrostatic generator (pull the trigger to make sure that there is no air pressure in the spray gun);

3. Then take the suction pipe of the oil pump and put it in the cleaning solvent. Start pulling the trigger to spray the paint out of the spray gun. Take the suction pipe and let the solvent in the oil pump spray out from the spray gun (or open the oil return pipe) and clean the solvent back and close the pressure on the oil pump.

4. Remove the nozzle and put it in the solvent to soak (use the rubber cup to pack the solvent bubble nozzle, then pack the nozzle and blow it clean with the air gun when using it). Pay attention to cleaning the nozzle carefully at the end of each operation. When cleaning the nozzle, do not use metal piercing, such as wire, and do not use metal brush to clean it.
